"All roads lead to Rome". For wine, we will say that an infinite number of paths lead to countless qualities and styles of wine.
To understand wine, you have to be aware of the many parameters that come into play and will determine the final wine. Depending on the style and quality desired, the winegrower and winemaker will follow the itinerary they consider to be the most appropriate and possible, with a multitude of choices, throughout the seasons.
From vintage to vintage, they will travel through this immense labyrinth, adapting each time, and taking different paths.
